1. The laser cladding layer and the matrix are metallurgical bonding, and the bonding strength is not less than 90% of the original matrix.
2.The surface of the matrix material is only slightly melted during laser processing, and the micro-melt layer is 0.05-0.1mm. The matrix heat affected zone is very small, generally 0.1-0.2mm.
